The classic of Greek cuisine, made from yogurt, cucumber, dill and... of course garlic! According to Elefteria, it is important that you use real Greek yogurt. So not the Greek style yogurt or other thicker types of yogurt. You can create a delicious sauce/dip on the table in no time!

Preparation
Grate half of a cucumber and drain the cucumber zest in a sieve. Press if necessary so that the cucumber grater loses more moisture.
Finely chop the garlic and dill and add it to the Greek yogurt.
Finally, add the cucumber zest and let it rest in the refrigerator.
Just before serving, add the olive oil.
