We love having drinks at the weekend with wine, bread and dips. We usually get the latter fresh from the market. This time we received the recipe for these delicious Turkish dips. You can put these on the table super quickly and they are super tasty!

Soak the dried tomatoes in hot water for a while and rinse
Mix the dried tomatoes with a roasted red pepper, walnuts, sesame seeds, pressed garlic, lemon juice, salt and a dash of olive oil into a puree.
Garnish with some extra olive oil and sesame seeds
Serve with fresh bread
Preparation Peynir ezme
Mash the feta or Turkish cheese and mix with the cream cheese
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and finely chop the chili pepper. Mix through the cheese mixture
Chop the dill and parsley and add to taste
Add salt and pepper to taste
Serve with a drizzle of good olive oil

10 dried tomatoes
Jar of roasted red pepper
100 g walnuts
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp lemon juice
Good olive oil
Salty
Peynir ezme
Half a cup of fresh cream cheese
Approx. 150 grams of feta or Turkish fresh cheese from a can
5 cherry tomatoes
Fresh dill
Fresh parsley
1 or half a chili pepper
Salt and pepper
Mix well
Drizzle of good olive oil
