Preparation
Place the sunflower oil in a frying pan, let it heat up and add the cumin seeds. Let this simmer for a while on low heat.
Add the potatoes and fry until they brown a little.
Add the spices: tandoori spice mix, turmeric and chili powder. And possibly salt to taste.
The trick is to bake it in such a way that the outside becomes crispy and the inside is nice and soft.
