This feta-based dip is made with red pointed peppers. Because the peppers are roasted in the oven, they get a delicious sweet taste.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the pointed peppers on a baking tray and let them cook for 20 minutes.

  • In the meantime, finely chop the garlic and fry it in olive oil in a pan.

  • When the pointed peppers are ready, remove them from the oven. Carefully remove the skin, seeds and stem so that you are left with just the flesh.

  • Place the pointed peppers, the oil with garlic and the feta in a food processor and grind finely. Add salt and pepper to taste.
