This feta-based dip is made with red pointed peppers. Because the peppers are roasted in the oven, they get a delicious sweet taste.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the pointed peppers on a baking tray and let them cook for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, finely chop the garlic and fry it in olive oil in a pan.
When the pointed peppers are ready, remove them from the oven. Carefully remove the skin, seeds and stem so that you are left with just the flesh.
Place the pointed peppers, the oil with garlic and the feta in a food processor and grind finely. Add salt and pepper to taste.
